The phone has become an integral attribute of the interior of any hotel room. Even if not all guests are used to calling their friends or colleagues from the internal phone in the hotel room (most of them still use mobile communication for this purpose), but at least for the operative communication with the hotel manager or the customer service the hotel phone is simply necessary.
